Challenge:
Novartis employees and affiliates spend too much money and wasted time traveling to and joining in-person meetings.
Solution:
Create an awareness, educational, communication, and implementation plan for stakeholders to replace in-person meetings with virtual meetings.
How did this happen?
Novartis senior management assigned this challenge to a Virtual Meetings Task Force, who became the project owner. They did the initial user research through surveys and in-person interviews. Types of meetings and types of technology were aligned to internal or external meetings. I was then hired to assist them in the branding and communication plan.

Once the business plan was approved by key internal stakeholders, we were ready to create the communications plan.

Once the communication plan was approved by key internal stakeholders, we were ready to start the branding and communications materials. I proposed several campaign names and taglines. Out of all, MeetSmart - Collaborate More, was selected by senior management.
Awareness Campaign Concepts
I submitted 3 campaign concepts.
Campaign Concept 1:
Aligning employees to produce successful outcomes.
Campaign Concept 2:
A web cloud form out of circular bubbles. This draft is shows the ecosystem of platforms.
Campaign Concept 3:
Shows a satellite view of earth, but through a web conference lens. All the web conferences put together form ripples of energy. These ripples create a sea of patterns. When viewed at a macro scale, the patterns become art. The boxes would actually be people or company logos, etc.
