The following content was shown to Jersey City residents within our discovery phase of the project. We were able to define the user experience based on the user feedback given.
Our goal – To get the community and public safety office to work together to make our communities safe.
Program's mission – To use police call-for-service data to inform and affect resident behavior.
Our initial challenge – To get the buy-in from the police department and residents so they can use the app in their daily lives.
